New Belly Dance Class!

Fascinating Rhythms
September, 2010

One of the cornerstones of belly dance is the rhythms.  This class will break down
the popular rhythms such as baladi, masmoudi, Ayub, and chiftetelli.  With
time also spent on some of the more challenging rhythms like
the Moroccan 6 and Karsilamah.  Zill patterns will be taught for these exciting
rhythms.

Class will normally consist of a warm-up,  finger cymbal drills, technique breakdown, movement drilling, combination, short improv exercise and a cool down.  This will be a multi-level class so participants can work at their own pace.
